Conduct annual building inspections and update MAXIMO asset management software data;
To a lesser extent, develop and prepare architectural, structural, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or other drawings and plans, as well as appropriate specifications for bidding and construction purposes and to supervise the execution and realization of the projects;
Initiate, support and coordinate the work of the support staff in the tasks they perform in relation to the execution of technical operations for which they are responsible;
As needed, carry out any other related task in connection with the performance of his/her duties.

Initier, soutenir et coordonner le travail du personnel de soutien dans les tâches qu'il effectue en lien avec l'exécution des opérations techniques dont il est responsable;

Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Building Systems Technology or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
➢ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word;
➢ Have a vehicle and valid driver's license;
➢ Communication skills in English and French.
