Webinar participants will hear directly from teachers on Dawson College’s Interprofessional Education (IPE) team how they have strategically incorporated an IPE approach to their seven medical technology and health programs. The team will present an approach to designing an IPE learning activity and how this formula has helped design and implement some of their more successful activities. The team will then elaborate on the wider lessons learned regarding a collaborative approach within a collection of programs. Lastly, the team will share key takeaways on the importance of collective and effective collaboration, as well as on the importance of working interdependently and independently.
